Practical information

Lessons time:

Thursday: 19:00-20:00

Training gear:

Generally, trainings are done with a (white) Karate gi, although training with Karate pants and a school shirt is also an option (especially in hot weather). The school's t-shirt can be purchased through the school.

To assure the safety of all participants, the following is required:

Mouth guard

Sparring (MMA) gloves

Groin protection

* The above can be purchased individually or through the school.

Contribution:

Regular: 45 euros per month / 120 euros per term (3 months).

Students: 35 euros per month / 100 euros per term (3 months).
